Our core work involves due diligence—assessing a target company's finances and business projections, identifying opportunities, risks, sensitivities, potential mitigations, and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors, and other parties.
The opportunity
You will work in teams with experienced due diligence professionals, where you will learn and develop skills needed to perform due diligence across various situations and sectors. There is potential for and likelihood of travel within MENA. When working on projects, you will almost always be part of a wider cross-service line team.

Your key responsibilities
As an Executive within the Transaction Diligence team, you'll participate in due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. You will analyze financial and operational results of targeted companies by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. You'll work effectively as a team member by demonstrating commitment to quality, sharing responsibilities, supporting colleagues, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong analytical skills are essential, as you'll research technical accounting issues, evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring, and prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends and fluctuations. Good communication skills are also crucial for preparing reports and schedules for clients and maintaining productive client relationships.
