A recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly capable Finance Analyst to support group financial reporting and consolidation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and significant exposure to consolidations under IFRS. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience, including strong exposure to group consolidations.
  • Big 4 training, followed by industry experience.

  • Consolidate group accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) under IFRS.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Build and maintain automated consolidation models to streamline reporting cycles.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

Financial Analyst – Group Consolidation

Integral Recruitment is representing our client in Abu Dhabi that is seeking a highly capable Finance Analyst to support group financial reporting and consolidation.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has trained in the Big 4 or a reputable middle tier firm and has a couple of years’ industry experience, now looking to step into a broader group finance role.

Requires significant exposure to consolidations under IFRS and understanding of complex reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate group accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) under IFRS.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Build and maintain automated consolidation models to streamline reporting cycles.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years’ experience, including strong exposure to group consolidations.
  • Big 4 training, followed by industry experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential for financial modelling and analysis).
  • Exposure to Power BI is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
