Overview

Finance & Supply Chain Controller for our KSA region to drive operational excellence and provide critical business support as we continue to grow and transform our non-alcoholic portfolio, including brands Moussy and Holsten. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with high visibility and significant contribution. The position is based in Dubai, UAE. You’ll be joining a highly motivated team with close ties to local partners and headquarters functions, where you’ll have the chance to make your mark through process improvements, strategic input, and thorough collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Driving month-end and year-end closing activities for KSA, including calculating accruals, tracking volume data and reporting.
  • Leading the Sales & Marketing Fund process end-to-end: claims management, reconciliations, and partner oversight.
  • Supporting Planning and Supply Chain processes by aligning forecasts, orders, and shipments with regional partners.
  • Acting as a key liaison with external partners and internal teams (Regional Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Supply Chain).
  • Leading ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across.
  • Involvement in payroll accounting processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in a related field, qualified accountant or equivalent experience in finance roles (preferably 5-7 years within FMCG or regional setups).
  • Experience in financial controlling, month-end closing, and partner/vendor management.
  • Big-4 experience will be an asset.
  • Experienced analytical mindset and ability to challenge and improve processes.
  • Skilled communication abilities and the capability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in English – verbal and written. Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple functions and geographies.
