Job summary

A financial services consultancy in the UAE is seeking a seasoned financial professional to manage accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, overseeing accounts, and managing financial reporting. Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, along with professional qualifications in accounting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in a financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and controls.
• Experience in the AEC and Real Estate industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s accounts and finances.
• Assist in preparing Cash Flow and Budgets.
• Coordinate and administer the annual operating budget.
• Prepare periodic budget forecasts.
• Calculate project costs and prices for proposals.
• Conduct variance analysis for project costs.
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow-up for receivables.
• Assist in annual audit and statutory financial statements.
