Whats the role

This Finance Manager will play a key role in advancing our strategic financial initiatives and conducting scenario analysis to aid decision‑making at PXGEO. You will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed financial models that explore different business scenarios helping our organization make insightful financial decisions in an ever‑changing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Scenario Planning & Modeling:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to simulate various business scenarios (e.g. operational and commercial changes)
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare and analyze the impact of different scenarios
  • Present scenario outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Assist the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify key variances.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Strategic Support:
  • Partner with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Support long‑range planning and investment decisions.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform financial strategy.
• Reporting & Compliance:
  • Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual management reporting.
  • Monitor financial health and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis roles with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and decision support.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and software (e.g. Excel financial modeling software).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a detail‑oriented approach.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is a plus.
