What’s the role?

This Finance Manager will play a key role in advancing our strategic financial initiatives and conducting scenario analysis to aid decision-making at PXGEO. You will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed financial models that explore different business scenarios, helping our organization make insightful financial decisions in an ever-changing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scenario Planning & Modeling:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to simulate various business scenarios (e.g., operational and commercial changes)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze the impact of different scenarios
    • Present scenario outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Assist the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify key variances.
    • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Partner with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives.
    • Support long-range planning and investment decisions.
    • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform financial strategy.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
    • Monitor financial health and recommend corrective actions when needed
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis roles, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and decision support.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Strong Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is a plus.
