Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a community management company.
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate financial information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Service Charge budgets for Community/Owners Associations.
• Monitor expenditures against RERA-approved budgets and oversee service charge collections.
• Secure RERA approvals, manage escrow accounts, and ensure compliance with IFRS.
