The Finance Manager is responsible for leading all financial operations of the company ensuring sound financial planning efficient processes and compliance with regulations. This role involves overseeing budgeting reporting forecasting auditing and financial strategy to support decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Lead and manage the finance team ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial plans
  • Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management
  • Oversee cash flow liquidity and working capital management
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws audit standards and financial regulations
  • Liaise with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies
  • Drive process improvements and implement financial controls
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports for performance tracking
  • Support fundraising investment analysis and M&A activities if applicable
  • Contribute to business strategy and long-term planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Master s or MBA preferred)
  • Professional qualification: CPA ACCA CFA or equivalent (strongly preferred)
  • 5 - 7 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of Project Management software (e.g. Asana)
  • Strong analytical budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP)
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Zoho Books SAP QuickBooks Oracle Excel Power BI)
  • Strong leadership communication and team management abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills
