As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the company's financial planning, forecasting, and bookkeeping processes. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the financial health of the business and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role is critical not only in maintaining financial health but also in directly contributing to our growth strategy, shaping investment decisions, and optimizing financial performance across all aspects of our operations. Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets aligned with the company's strategic goals.

3. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

8. Advise senior management on the pros and cons of investing in various gaming projects considering their financial, strategic, and market potential.
9. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure financial resources are optimally allocated and aligned with key business priorities.
10. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and filings.
11. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
12. Stay updated on gaming industry trends and their financial implications.
