Job summary

A renowned financial and HR management firm located in Sharjah is seeking a candidate to manage finance and HR operations. This role will involve overseeing accounting tasks including budgeting and statutory compliance, as well as handling HR responsibilities such as recruitment and employee management. Candidates should be prepared to support leadership with financial insights and ensure compliance with labor laws. Addressing employee queries and maintaining operational efficiency will be key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AR/AP, general ledger, payroll coordination, and monthly/annual closures.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, tax filings, audits, and liaison with external auditors, banks, and consultants.
  • Track project-wise profitability, client billing, collections, and cost controls.
  • Establish financial controls, policies, and MIS reporting to support business decisions.
  • Support leadership with financial insights, forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee core HR operations including employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding for new hires in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Support performance review cycles, increment planning, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with basic labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
