Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to support the group’s long-term growth and profitability objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies, policies, and procedures across the group’s entities.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals and business plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Manage treasury operations, including liquidity planning, cash flow management, and investment decisions.
  • Optimize capital structure and support the group’s financing activities, including debt and equity arrangements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  • Provide financial due diligence and valuation analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
  • Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across the group’s operations.
  • Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure effective governance practices.
  • Collaborate with business units to evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team on financial matters and business strategy.
