Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
• 10+ years in finance, within large corporate environments, ideally within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and financial digitalization.
• A strategic thinker who balances big-picture oversight with hands-on operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in process optimization and team development.
