About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Finance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our finance team. This role combines financial reporting, data analysis, and account reconciliation, supporting both routine and ad hoc finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, reporting, or consulting, and be proficient in using modern productivity and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support periodic financial reports, including timesheets, expense tracking, and budget summaries.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, particularly for low-ticket items such as University courses, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate financial entries, and improve reporting processes.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions to maintain financial integrity.
