Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or account management, preferably in the motor industry.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representative to manage our car sales. They will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales. We are looking for strong negotiators with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive sales. Our Sales Representatives act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins. In addition, they must possess strong communication and negotiation abilities to increase closing ratio.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
  • Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings.
  • Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer.
  • Identify customer's needs before making recommendations.
  • Assist with client queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings.
  • Understand the motor market and its various audiences.
  • Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
  • Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers.
  • Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally.
  • Share the inspection report with our buyers.
  • Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience as a field representative / account manager in UAE (preferred within the motor industry).
  • Experience using CRM software/apps (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently.
  • Well‑versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
