About the Role

The studio is seeking a talented and experienced FF&E Designer to join their dynamic team. The FF&E Designer will collaborate with the global design team to develop and execute FF&E concepts for luxury interior projects. The role involves sourcing and selecting high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design vision and project requirements. The designer will prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications and will coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation. Staying updated on the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the luxury interior design industry is essential.

About You

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably within the luxury sector. Strong knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment sourcing and procurement is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to create stunning interiors that exceed clients' expectations. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
