Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees visitors and other persons to maintain security of premises.

• Conduct routine patrols of premises and report any suspicious activities.

• Perform security checks including female frisking and bag checks in compliance with organizational policies.

• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action.

• Maintain clear and concise records of observations incidents and surveillance activities.

• Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.

• Operate security systems and equipment such as CCTV access control and communication radios.

• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; security training certification preferred.

• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role preferably in environments requiring a female officer.

• Good physical condition with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

• Discreet reliable and trustworthy with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in stressful situations.

• Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and security systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military law enforcement or corporate security experience.

• Valid security guard license (as per local/state regulations).

• Training in first aid/CPR.
