Job Description

• Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services as per client requests and trends
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, colors, and care based on hair type and face shape
• Wash, condition, and treat hair using professional salon products
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organize tools and workstations
• Stay updated on the latest hairstyles, techniques, and products
• Manage appointments and assist with client bookings when required
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols; disinfect tools after every client
• Assist in inventory management and restocking salon products
• Handle customer payments and maintain records
• Promote and sell hair care products and treatments
• Support team members during busy periods (washing, mixing colors, etc.)
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills
• Ensure all towels, gowns, and salon materials are clean and ready for use

• Scissors, razors, clippers, trimmers, combs, brushes
• Hairdryers, straighteners, curling irons, rollers, diffusers
• Color bowls, applicator brushes, foils, and mixing bottles
• Shampoos, conditioners, masks, serums, sprays, gels

• Salon software systems (e.g., Fresha, Vagaro, or similar)
