GTA Cars is looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across our showrooms and offices. This role includes responsibility for electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general repair work to ensure our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across all GTA Cars facilities
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting issues
• Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or needed repairs
• Assist in setup and movement of furniture or fixtures as required
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized work
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role
• Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in building maintenance
• UAE experience and driving license is preferred
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
