Qualifications

• Hotel related experience field.
• Admin knowledge.
• Microsoft office skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Food & Beverage area.
• Pre-opening or major refurbishment experience in a similar operation.
• Middle East experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts to achieve finance objectives and policies.
• Record sales of food and beverage items in Micros.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collect payments and provide receipts.
• Ensure checks are recorded in the POS system.
• Reconcile cash and credit discrepancies.
• Prepare cashier’s summary at the end of the shift.
