About The Role

As a Guest Relations Executive, your role is to support the creation of exceptional and memorable guest experiences. You will ensure guests are warmly welcomed and attended to promptly, while assisting the Restaurant Manager and team in delivering seamless daily operations that prioritize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact and engage with guests whilst maintaining high quality service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Make sure that the guest is greeted and served promptly.
  • Engage in suggestive selling.
  • Presents the guest's bill when necessary.
  • Update guest profiles in the system.
About You
  • At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star / international hotel.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language.
  • Has a thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service technique.
  • Team player and enjoys guest interactions.
