The EY Global Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) competition is your chance to showcase your tax expertise, business acumen, analytical thinking, and presentation skills through a dynamic, multi-phase case study challenge.

Eligibility Criteria

• You must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months.
• Your major should be in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related business field. Completing courses in Taxation is a plus.
• Open to Emirati and Saudi nationals only.

How you can apply

2. Step 2: Online Assessments — After we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from EY Careers to complete the online assessments. Approach the assessments as you would approach any new challenge.
3. Step 3: Interview — Upon passing the assessments, you will be invited to a virtual HR interview, where the recruiter will explain the competition in further detail. Being yourself is key to passing this step.
4. Step 4: Attend — If shortlisted, you will be invited to a recruitment day to participate in individual and group activities, visit our office, and ask questions about life and work at EY.
