Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Specialist at AptalDMCC, located in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Export Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the export process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating with logistics providers and customs officials, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to international customers. The Export Specialist will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new export opportunities and strategic partnerships, and will maintain accurate records to facilitate effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in export management, logistics, and supply chain management
• Excellent knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office and SAP
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic and other languages is preferred
• Experience in international trade or business development is a plus
