This position requires a unique blend of photography and videography expertise to effectively capture and promote properties in the competitive real estate market.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling images and videos that resonate with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional photography and videography sessions for residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features.
• Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content that meets company standards.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to schedule shoots and ensure that project requirements are met.
• Manage equipment and ensure that all technical aspects of shoots are executed flawlessly.
• Stay current with industry trends in real estate photography and videography, including new techniques and technology.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and social media content to promote listings effectively.
• Build an organized portfolio of work, maintaining a high standard of photography and video skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Expertise in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and staging for both photography and video.
