Experience Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest services to enhance the overall guest experience. Key responsibilities include greet guests upon arrival, meet them during the stay and provide information about the resort and local attractions, make restaurant reservations, arrange transportation, and assist with any special requests.

Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and enhance the resort’s reputation for outstanding service and actively engage in promoting the resort amenities, special packages, and additional services to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the resort.
  • Provide information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Confirm and manage restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurate.
  • Update guest profiles and records with any special preferences or requests.
  • Log and track guest requests, complaints, and resolutions in the resort’s system.
  • Prepare daily reports for guest interactions and issues.
  • Ensure seamless service by coordinating with the front desk on guest arrivals and

  • Arrange for special amenities, such as flowers, gifts, or special room setups.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly.

  • Keep updated with local events, new restaurants, and attractions.
  • Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized attention and services.
  • Coordinate special requests and amenities for VIP guests.
Experience and Skills
  • Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
  • Basic Microsoft Office, OPERA / Protel PMS systems.
  • 1-2 years’ working in a 5* star hotel on a similar role.
  • Intermediate– English. French/or German/Arabic/Russian/Italian would be an added advantage.
