What You Will Do
  • Develop and advise on executive compensation programs and strategies
  • Conduct job evaluations and compensation benchmarking
  • Perform data analysis and modeling to support client recommendations
  • Prepare reports and deliver insights to clients
  • Design incentive and equity plans
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored client solutions
What You Need to Have
  • 710 years of experience in rewards, compensation or related fields
  • Strong background in employee rewards and job evaluation techniques
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and compensation strategies
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Basic financial literacy (understanding income statements and balance sheets)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
