On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Chef – Outlet (Fine Dining) to join the resort’s Culinary team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
  • Lead daily kitchen operations with a commitment to excellence, ensuring every dish reflects artistry, precision, and the highest service standards.
  • Maximize the potential of premium ingredients and state‑of‑the‑art equipment to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to craft innovative monthly and seasonal menus that celebrate creativity, seasonality, and global inspiration.
  • Design and manage the kitchen roster to support seamless service and a dynamic, motivated team.
  • Inspire and guide kitchen staff through hands‑on leadership, fostering a culture of passion, professionalism, and continuous growth.
  • Stay attuned to culinary trends and guest preferences, proposing thoughtful updates to menus, pricing, and team structure to remain ahead of the curve.
  • Champion bold and imaginative ideas that enhance the kitchen’s identity and elevate the guest journey.
