Job Title: Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating new menu items, and ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks
• Creating innovative dishes that meet the restaurant’s standards of quality
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients according to recipes and presented attractively
• Overseeing food storage and rotation procedures to ensure all food is stored safely and properly
• Maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen area at all times
• Estimating food requirements for each meal period
• Developing menus with new or improved recipes for customer satisfaction

Qualifications
