Executive Chef vacancy in Khalifah A City UAE. Khalifah A City is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant kitchen and will be in charge of developing and executing menu items to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities
  • Develop menus and design recipes, create new dishes, and oversee menu planning to meet customer demand.
  • Manage inventory, monitor staff performance, control costs, monitor food quality, and conduct regular taste testing.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and food safety standards; provide guidance and training for kitchen staff.
Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience as an Executive Chef in a professional kitchen.
