Indian Executive Chef

As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Ajman. Your main duties will include creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. You must have prior experience as an Executive Chef and be familiar with Indian cuisine. This temporary position requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate with team members and ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen. The ideal candidate must have excellent time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. As this is a temporary position, the candidate must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our customers
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising their work
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, portion control, and waste management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
  • Handle customer complaints or issues related to food quality or service promptly and professionally
