The Executive Chef is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations at our El-Ain restaurant. This includes menu development, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, quality control, training new staff members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also be expected to keep up to date with trends in the culinary industry while maintaining consistency in food quality. They should possess strong leadership skills to motivate their kitchen staff.
