Chef De Partie- Western Cuisine- Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort
Cook De Partie- Western Food- Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Hotel - (20000120).

Responsibilities
  • Arrange shifting in the section with respect to mise-en-place production and also its service.
  • Provide jobs to Demi Chefs as well as Commis Chefs and also examine that they are executed in the proper fashion.
  • Compose daily red wine, dry store, food requisitions and also kitchen area transfers on the ideal types for the authorization of the Exec Cook/ Cook in order to achieve the high stock rotation preferred in their section.
  • Make certain that training on a one-to-one basis has been executed and understood.
  • Examine an everyday basis cooking pertaining to part dimension, quantity and quality as set in the dish index.
  • In charge of completing the daily checklist pertaining to Mise-en-place and food storage.
  • Able to lead small group.
