A glimpse of your typical workday
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman, managing communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule, travel, and appointments to maximize efficiency.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative in resolving issues before they arise.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are ready in advance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Support personal and professional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
What makes you stand out
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership or C-suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
