About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, Reservations and Call Center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the hotel’s reservations and call centre operations. This role focuses on documentation, data management, reporting, coordination, and internal communication to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy of records, and compliance with hotel policies, while supporting guest service and reservation functions.
