Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

My client, a leading media company, requires an experienced Executive Assistant to join its busy Middle East headquarters in Dubai. The role will involve assisting 2 directors and supporting a management team as well as coordinating some company projects.

My client is looking for applicants with a hard working and enthusiastic attitude, who presents well and works proactively with minimal supervision. The company fosters a high achievement culture and look for ambitious individuals who contribute to the overall firm's performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in executive support plus at least 12 months experience assisting or managing internal projects.

Candidates do not need to be from a media background however you do need to have a bachelor’s degree and have an interest in business intelligence and news.
