Key Job Responsibilities
  • Executive-Level Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with senior project managers to develop, maintain, and execute high-level project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Oversee project milestones to ensure they align with strategic goals and are completed within set deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, content) and external vendors or agencies on high-visibility projects.
  • Executive Support for Group CMO: Serve as the primary point of contact for the GCMO and key MarCom projects and initiatives, managing complex schedules, high-priority meetings, and executive correspondence.
  • Develop briefing materials for the GCMO, including strategic agendas, key insights, and project updates.
  • Coordinate executive communications, oversee follow-ups, and ensure the GCMO’s priorities are managed effectively.
  • Assist in preparing high-level presentations, reports, and materials for executive meetings and board presentations.
  • Track the GCMO’s strategic priorities and action items, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Budget, Project and Resource Management: Monitor budgets for key projects and the loyalty program, providing regular updates to the GCMO and project managers on budget adherence and risks.
  • Oversee resource allocation for high-priority projects, including staffing, materials, and vendor management.
  • Support in sourcing vendors and managing procurement paperwork.
  • Facilitate the approval process for invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and monitor post-launch performance.
  • Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the GCMO, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and updates.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, track action items, and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including high-level briefs, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Develop and deliver executive project reports and presentations, communicating progress, challenges, and key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and best practices documentation to support continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all high-visibility project and loyalty program deliverables meet brand standards, quality guidelines, and legal compliance.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on campaign materials and loyalty program communications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting project quality or timelines, providing recommendations to GCMO.
  • Marketing, Event & Communications Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across campaigns, platforms, and assets.
  • Draft, edit, and manage content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, media kits, executive memos, speeches, and presentations.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for review.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, product launches, or brand activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
  • Support internal communications campaigns aimed at enhancing employee engagement and brand culture.
  • Coordinate recognition programs, surveys, or awareness initiatives tied to marketing.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Contribute to the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, copy, and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and suggesting adjustments to optimize results.
  • Loyalty Program & Benefits Support: Support the development, implementation and launch of the company’s loyalty program.
  • Liaise with partners, tech vendors, internal teams and external agencies to manage reward mechanisms, user engagement, platform performance, and ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the loyalty program and benefits initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee communication strategy related to customer benefits and engagement.
  • Creative Coordination: Manage the creative production process, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Ensure all creative output supports brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date digital asset library.
  • Trend & Competitive Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights.
  • Share regular updates and intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigning: Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing teams to create high-quality engaging content tailored to each platform, optimize campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analyze digital campaign results to optimize reach, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.
  • Brand Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key brand metrics, such as market share, brand awareness, and consumer sentiment, to evaluate brand performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, PR impact, campaign performance, and event success, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to assess market positioning and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Special Projects & Ad Hoc Support: Provide project management support for new strategic initiatives driven by the GCMO, such as rebradning efforts, event planning, or internal training programs.
  • Contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement within the MarCom department, supporting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in marketing, PR, or project management role within a corporate or agency setting. Experience in loyalty programs or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics tools).
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
