Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of office staff and temporary workers.
  • Implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
