A leading insurance firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Regional CEO. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional CEO, as well as potentially other C-suite executives as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across business activities. The role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and professionalism, acting as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
