Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant role.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or a CEO is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English is required.

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a globally recognized logistics services company. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, manage the CEO’s daily schedule, handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointments
  • Prepare drafts, edit correspondence, emails, reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries as required
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper documentation
  • Liaise with senior management, clients, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO
Requirements
  • 35 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant role
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or a CEO is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
