Job description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

  • Available, mobile, and open to occasional travel
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to prepare meeting rooms, coordinate agendas, and welcome visitors prior to meetings
  • Daily administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and general coordination
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a demanding environment
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented profile
  • Newly graduated profiles are welcome but not mandatory
  • French language skills would be a plus
