The ideal candidate will develop marketing plans, lead campaigns, and guide a marketing team while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in Marketing, preferably in events, sponsorships, and brand management.
- Experience in automotive, sports, sponsorships, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Proven track record in planning and evaluating marketing ROI.
- Experience managing customer engagement or loyalty programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develops annual marketing and event plans with clear budgets and KPIs.
- Leads end-to-end sponsorships, event activations, and brand campaigns.
- Evaluates sponsorship effectiveness, ensuring strong ROI and brand visibility.
- Guides and supports the marketing team to improve capability, performance, and output.

Education

Key Responsibilities
- Develops annual marketing and event plans with clear budgets and KPIs.

Collaboration & Alignment
- Works closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Experience teams.
- Secures contributions and joint marketing support where required.
Team Leadership
- Guides and supports the marketing team to improve capability, performance, and output.
- Sets goals, reviews performance, and provides coaching.
Experience
- 5–7+ years in Marketing, preferably in events, sponsorships, and brand management.
