Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, comparison sheets, and commercial quotations.
  • Support the Lead in preparing budgets at Art Strategy or concept stages.
  • Highlight risks, cost deviations, or missing information promptly.
  • Follow up with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and lead times.
  • Ensure RFQ documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Track PEP milestones, updating teams on progress and risks.
  • Prepare POs in ERP system with accurate details and attachments.
  • Coordinate supplier confirmations and track production status.
  • Follow up on shipments, customs, and delivery arrangements.
  • Report damages, shortages, and non-compliances.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9.00am - 6.00pm

Estimation & Procurement Coordinator requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, procurement, sales administration, or project coordination role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
As an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Prepare cost estimates, comparison sheets, and commercial quotations.
  • Support the Lead in preparing budgets at Art Strategy or concept stages.
