A Dubai-based metal fabrication company is seeking an Estimation and Production Head. The role involves working closely with management and clients to create functional designs while ensuring quality and adherence to client needs. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in metal industries, expertise in CAD/SolidWorks, and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of AED3,000 to AED6,000 monthly.

• Knowledge and exposure in the metal industries within Dubai.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with management and clients to formulate designs.
• Provide professional opinion on designs before and after fabrication.
• Report to the Sales Manager and find innovative product solutions.

Job description

Overview

Estimation and production head, 2 to 3 years experience required in metal fabrication estimation field. Preferably an Engineering graduate with experience in Metal industries, Laser cutting/Bending, & fabrications. Must have a knowledge and exposure in the metal industries within Dubai. With a strong foundation and usage of Engineering tools like AutoCAD, Solid Works, Microsoft Office and with good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Sales/Design Engineer your duties are working with both management and clients to formulate and make designs and must have the ability to find and solve customers’ problems

Your professional opinion on the design is highly required before and after the fabrication of the product, so the confidence to guide other colleagues effectively is necessary.

Is directly reporting to the Sales Manager, working together to find innovative ways to create products that are functional and meet client wants and needs.
