Job summary

A global clean energy leader is seeking a contract professional for managing EPC proposals and project coordination. You will oversee multiple projects, lead negotiations, and ensure optimal costs and techno-commercial solutions in renewable energy. With a strong background in proposal development in either solar or wind projects, the successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams effectively. This is a key role located in Abu Dhabi with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within tight schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in EPC proposal development for renewable energy projects.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating EPC contract annexures.
• Proven track record of winning IPP tenders in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active projects and contribute to project initiation.
• Lead EPC proposal preparations and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Ensure clear communication and set expectations within cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate EPC and O&M contracts for optimal commercial outcomes.
