• Professional experience with Signals Notebook configuration and deployment.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological or Chemical organizations preferred.
• Ability to deliver training sessions in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to customers and uphold accountability for customer service.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into solutions within the software.
• Deliver project tasks using waterfall and Agile methodologies.
