A leading oil production company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate daily operational activities aimed at optimizing oil production and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage operational staff, and analyze performance data. A Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry are required.
We are the largest oil producer within the ADNOC Group, accounting for over half of ADNOC's total oil production. As the country's oldest oil production company, our operations date back to 1939, when a 75-year concession was signed to explore for oil and gas in Abu Dhabi. As a global industry leader in environmental sustainability, we are the first in the world to capture carbon from the iron and steel industry. Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC's 2030 sustainability goals.
Supervise and coordinates the day-to-day operational activities, and implement solutions to achieve mandated oil production, gas, water and CO2 injection targets, maintain optimum operating efficiency and assure facilities and systems integrity/reliability while assuring compliance to HSE Management System.
8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil & gas industry.
