Job summary

A leading power plant services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an EMD Planner to manage periodic and corrective maintenance scheduling, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. Candidates must have a degree in electrical discipline and relevant experience in power plant operations. The role includes creating job plans, maintaining KPIs, and preparing reports. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a crucial area of power plant management.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power plant field is mandatory with a focus on electrical discipline.
• Must have capabilities in planning PMs and CMs.
• Should be trained to collect PTWs and understand HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan periodic maintenance and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Create tasks and job plans for corrective maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports for maintenance activities.

Skills

Knowledge on Maximo 7.5 or above CMMS systems

Ability to maintain KPIs

Daily resource planning

Monitoring of HSE KPIs

Education

Degree or diploma in electrical discipline

• Knowledge on Maximo 7.5 or above CMMS systems
• Ability to maintain KPIs for their respective sections, regular monitoring & updating
• Plan PMs & CMs
• Create tasks & JPs for CMs
• Daily MH resource planning for staff in respective sections
• Look ahead plans preparation & updating
• Feedbacks on delays in PTWs preparation/completion
• Past experience in power plant in mandatory and should be in electrical discipline (for EMD planner)
• Support Lead engineer in other required day to day activities
• Monitoring of HSE KPIs for respective sections
• Monthly report preparation for maintenance activities carried out for each month related to respective sections
• Shall be trained to collect PTWs & he shall be a PTW acceptor to fully understand requirements of HSE
• Degree or diploma holder in electrical discipline
