Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding the package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
• Ensuring the contractor(s) compliance with standards and specifications through observation, measurements, and testing.
• Maintaining records of the contractor manpower and daily resources.
• Undertaking all site supervision and inspections when required by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.
• Documenting the contractor’s activities observed, location, reason, and methods utilized.
• Reporting on materials delivery and implementing site instructions.
• Applying and implementing all quality controls and procedures of the site.
• Preparing site measurements and surveying checks as needed.
• Monitoring conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements.
• Monitoring Health and Safety of the construction works and reporting on violations.
