David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer for their offices in Ras Al Khaimah.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring functionality across power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Assist with system installation and setup in the field, ensuring correct wiring connections and operation of all electrical components.
- Perform system testing and diagnostics onsite, resolving issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Create comprehensive technical documents such as specifications, reports, manuals, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure all work meets relevant safety codes and standards, both local and international (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver cohesive and well-integrated system solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance during construction and commissioning phases, supporting internal teams and field crews as needed.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to system integration workflows and overall performance of electrical installations.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in fieldwork, troubleshooting, and hands-on support of electrical systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, including backup power, distribution, lighting, and controls.
- Hands-on experience with electrical tools, wiring, diagnostics, and system testing.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and electrical safety regulations.
- Ability to perform standard electrical calculations such as load analysis and voltage drop.
- Comfortable using diagnostic and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.
