The ideal candidate will support the editorial process from manuscript submission through to publication ensuring quality and consistency in all editorial tasks. This role requires strong communication skills impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manuscript Management:
    • Assist in receiving, organizing and tracking manuscript submissions.
    • Communicate with authors, editors and reviewers to manage submission workflows.
    • Coordinate the peer‑review process and follow up on deadlines.
  • Editing and Proofreading:
    • Conduct initial content checks for grammar clarity and adherence to style guidelines.
    • Proofread articles, reports and other materials for accuracy and consistency.
    • Support the editorial team with fact‑checking and reference verification.
  • Content Coordination:
    • Help schedule and organize editorial meetings.
    • Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
    • Liaise with design and marketing teams to ensure smooth content production.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Input metadata, author information and content updates into editorial systems.
    • Generate reports on submission statuses and review progress.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage correspondence and general inquiries related to editorial matters.
    • Organize files, documents and archives for easy retrieval.
