On behalf of our esteemed client, a renowned international school in Ras Al Khaimah , we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood IB PYP Teacher (Female) join their vibrant and nurturing team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement the IB PYP curriculum for early childhood learners, fostering an inquiry-based, play-centered learning environment.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are developmentally appropriate and inspire curiosity, exploration, and independent thinking.
  • Establish a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth for young learners.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
  • Assess children’s progress through observation and play-based assessments, providing constructive feedback to parents and the school leadership.
  • Promote social-emotional development , encouraging positive peer interactions, self-regulation, and the building of empathy and collaboration skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary units of inquiry that support holistic development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians , providing regular updates on students’ progress and ways to support their development at home.
  • Maintain an inspiring and well-organized classroom environment , utilizing both indoor and outdoor spaces for creative play and exploration.
  • Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and the IB PYP framework.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting, ideally within an IB PYP environment .
  • A deep understanding of inquiry-based learning and child-centered teaching methods.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the growth of the whole child.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about working with young children and dedicated to fostering their curiosity, creativity, and academic development.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience working with diverse learners and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and best practices for supporting young children’s growth.
  • Familiarity with technology integration in early childhood classrooms.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively.

  • Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued
  • It will be beneficial to your application if you have experience of working in the Middle East or with non-native speakers of English
